The modern residential complex was built in 2005 on the site where the Groenland shipyard was previously located. This historic area has developed in recent years into a varied neighborhood with modern and older residential complexes and green areas with a wide range of nice restaurants within walking distance.

Layout
The central hall provides access to the elevator to the house on the fourth floor: Entrance to the hall with toilet; very spacious living room with luxurious open kitchen with cooking island. The custom-made kitchen is equipped with all desired appliances (Gaggenau and Miele) and has plenty of storage space. A semi-open wall divides the spacious living room into a dining and sitting area, making the room feel cozy despite its enormous size. A suite to two bedrooms, one of them is currently used as study.
