Communal entrance with entrance of the house on the second floor. From the hall you can enter all the rooms. At the rear you enter the living room with an open kitchen. The living room is light through the large windows with 2 double doors that open onto the sunny west-facing balcony. Here you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. On the balcony there is a handy storage cupboard in which the central heating boiler is installed. In 2018, a modern built-in kitchen was installed which is equipped with all necessary appliances. Due to the ceiling height of 2.68 meters, the living room feels pleasant and spacious.
The bedroom is located at the front of the house and has a nice layout with enough space for a double bed, a storage closet and a workplace.
This room is also very bright due to the large windows and has a nice view of the street.
The bathroom is located in the middle part. The bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with a sink, shower and a toilet. The meter cupboard is located next to the bathroom.

Technical information:
The walls and ceilings are plastered. A high-quality laminate floor has been installed. The built-in kitchen was installed in 2018 and is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with 3 freezer drawers, combi oven, 4 burner gas hob with an extractor hood and many handy wall cabinets for extra storage space. The Van Hogendorpstraat is easily accessible by public transport. On the Van Limburg Stirumstraat and Van Hallstraat there are several tram and bus stops in the direction of Amsterdam Central Station and Leidseplein. The location in relation to the A-10 west ring road is also very favorable, it can be reached by car within a few minutes via the Haarlemmerweg or the Spaarndammer tunnel.
