This spacious single-family house has been extended in stages since its foundation in 1993-1994. It is now truly "a closet of a house", has reached a size and layout that is no longer possible today. This also makes it a house that strongly distinguishes itself from other houses in this highly appreciated, quiet and freely located residential area in Amsterdam North.

The house is located on a car-free courtyard and has a private front garden and deep backyard facing west with a stone shed.
